Sistrix, Semrush, Ahrefs and XOVI are suites: rank tracking, audits, backlinks and keyword research in one account, billed by seats, projects and credits. According to their pricing pages on 2 November 2026, entry plans cost €119 net a month at Sistrix (Start), €99 net at XOVI (PRO), €134 at Semrush (SEO plan) and €27 at Ahrefs (Starter, with Lite at €119); Semrush and Ahrefs do not state whether VAT is included. Sistrix and XOVI offer no permanent free plan, only a 14-day trial.
Queris is not a replacement for those suites. It is a keyword tool: paste your own list, up to 1,000 keywords per query, and get estimated search volume, CPC, competition, a 12-month trend and keyword difficulty from 0 to 100 for eight markets. The free plan with 10 queries per month needs no credit card; paid plans cost €15, €29 or €49 a month including VAT, cancel monthly. There is no rank tracking, no audit and no backlink check.

Free with 10 queries a month, up to 10,000 keywords. Basic €15, Pro €29, Business €49 including VAT, cancel monthly. The suites start between €99 net (XOVI) and €134 (Semrush); only Ahrefs Starter at €27 sits below that.
The Queris connector brings search volume and trend for any pasted list into ChatGPT and Claude. With the suites, the chat receives your own project with rankings and audits; XOVI names no connector.
Queris has no continuous rank tracking. Sistrix and XOVI for German-speaking markets, Ahrefs and Semrush internationally: Ahrefs Lite tracks 750 keywords, Semrush SEO 500.
A backlink index and a crawler for technical errors come with all four suites; Queris has neither. If you build links or audit large websites, you need the suite.
Sistrix has the Visibility Index, XOVI offers white-label reporting and SEA data, and Semrush sells advertising and content as separate product lines. Queris has no comparable index and no client reports.
Paid monthly, Sistrix Start comes to €1,428 net per year (€119 a month), XOVI PRO to €1,188 net (€99), Semrush SEO to €1,608 and Ahrefs Lite to €1,428, the last two with no VAT note on their pricing pages; all prices checked on 2 November 2026. Queris Pro with 100 queries per month, up to 100,000 keywords, costs €348 per year including VAT. Only Ahrefs Starter is cheaper at €324, but 750 tracked keywords and MCP access only start at Lite. If keyword data is what you mainly need, that leaves €840 to €1,260 a year for other things.
There is no single answer, not even for my own tool. For rankings, backlinks and audits you need a suite such as Sistrix, Semrush, Ahrefs or XOVI. For evaluating your own keyword lists, a keyword tool like Queris is enough. Decide by what you use every week, not by the longest feature list.

Sistrix includes its MCP server in every plan, Semrush from Semrush One Starter, Ahrefs from Lite, and Queris offers a connector whose requests count against your quota. XOVI names no connector on its pricing or home page (as of 2 November 2026).
Because Google does not publish the actual figures and every provider estimates with its own data sources and models. Queris shows estimates based on Google data with a 12-month trend. Compare within one tool and look at ranking order and trend, not the last digit.
